What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness and deep relaxation. It’s similar to the feeling of being fully absorbed in a daydream, a good book, or a movie— when your body is relaxed, your mind is calm, and you’re more tuned in to your inner world. In this state, your subconscious mind becomes more accessible, allowing you to explore memories, emotions, and insights that are often outside of everyday awareness.

You are always in control during hypnosis. You won’t be unconscious or asleep— just relaxed and inwardly focused. It’s a gentle and safe way to connect with your deeper self, access inner wisdom, and create meaningful change from within.

I utilize transpersonal hypnosis when working with clients. Transpersonal hypnosis is a soul-centered approach to healing and transformation that goes beyond the surface mind. Rooted in expanded states of consciousness, it invites you to explore the deeper layers of your inner world— beyond the ego, beyond conditioning, and into the wisdom of the soul.

This work honors your connection to something greater— your higher self, Source, or universal consciousness— while supporting you in releasing limiting beliefs, healing emotional wounds, and awakening your true essence. It often includes processes like past life exploration, inner child healing, soul journeying, and spiritual integration.

In our sessions, you may be gently guided into a relaxed, sacred space where your inner knowing comes alive. You may uncover forgotten parts of yourself, reconnect with your inner child, explore other lifetimes, or meet loving guides and teachers who offer insight and clarity.

This is your time to remember who you are— beyond the roles you’ve played or the pain you’ve carried. Each session is uniquely attuned to your soul’s needs, and I am here to hold space, offer intuitive guidance, and walk beside you as you step more fully into your light.
