Stage hypnotism is designed for entertainment. This is not that. In transpersonal hypnosis, you are in full control the entire time. You will not be made to cluck like a chicken or reveal your secrets. The process is respectful, gentle, and focused entirely on your healing and self-discovery.

Each session is unique and guided by your intention. We’ll start with a brief check-in to clarify your focus, then gently guide you into a relaxed, focused state where your subconscious and soul can speak more freely. You may revisit memories, encounter symbolic imagery, or receive intuitive insights. We’ll leave time at the end to process what emerged.

Yes. Hypnosis is a safe, natural state of focused awareness. You remain conscious and in control the entire time. It’s simply a shift into a more relaxed, receptive state that allows deeper parts of your mind and spirit to come forward. You cannot be made to do anything against your will or values.

Hypnosis isn’t about losing control or being unconscious; it’s a natural state of focused awareness that you likely experience daily (like when you're daydreaming or deeply immersed in something).
If you’re open, curious, and willing to relax into the process, you can be guided into hypnosis. There’s no “right” way it has to look—some people experience vivid imagery, others feel sensations or emotions, and some simply feel deeply calm.
My approach is gentle and adaptive. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll support you in finding the rhythm and style that works best for you. It’s not about doing it “right”—it’s about tuning inward in a way that feels safe and meaningful for you.

Logistics & Booking

Wear comfortable clothing and make sure you’re well-rested, hydrated, and in a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. Come with an open mind and a gentle intention. After the session, give yourself space to reflect, integrate, and care for yourself.

Sessions typically last 1 hour. I recommend setting aside 90 minutes total, just in case we run over. Each session includes a brief check-in, the hypnosis journey, and time at the end for processing.

Sessions are $150 for one hour. Discounts may be available for multiple sessions or ongoing work.

Use the “Book Now” button at the top right of this website. It will take you to my Setmore booking page, where you can select a time that works for you.
Note: While Setmore may appear to charge you upfront, your payment will not be processed until the day of your session. -
All sessions are currently offered online via Zoom, which allows you to relax in your own space and eliminates travel time. A stable internet connection and private environment are recommended.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Yes. New clients will receive intake paperwork via email after booking. Please complete and return it before your session so we can begin with clarity and focus.
